Fairview Gardens Apartments is a one and two bedroom apartment community in Kingston, New York.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we are just minutes from the New York State Thruway and historic Uptown Kingston. Also known as the Stockade District, this is an area which is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, The Kingston Library, and we are on the local bus routes. Forsythe Park is right down the street and the beautiful Catskill Park which is a 700,000-acre forest preserve is a short drive away.

Visit the Old Town Stockade Farmers’ Market held each Saturday from the end of May through mid-November. You can also check out what’s going on in the Kingston area at www.kingstonhappenings.org.

Rents for our 1 or 2-bedroom/1-bath apartments ranging from $1069 - $1599 monthly. There is an application fee of $20 per applicant and the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please note, the Fairview Garden Apartments does not allow pets.
